By accessing and using ProoforAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. ProoforAI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
ProoforAI provides AI content detection and text humanization tools. Our Service allows users to analyze text to determine whether it was generated by artificial intelligence, and to humanize AI-generated text to make it sound more natural. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying levels of access and features. We make no guarantees about the absolute accuracy of our AI detection results, as the technology is inherently probabilistic in nature.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ProoforAI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Free accounts are limited to 5,000 words per month and 3 scans per day. Paid accounts offer higher limits as described on our pricing page.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through PayPal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProoforAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our logo, design, brand identity, and visual elements are unique to ProoforAI and may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written consent. You retain ownership of all text you submit for analysis.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ProoforAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. AI detection results are provided as estimates and should not be considered as definitive proof of authorship.
In no event shall ProoforAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, or any content obtained from the Service.
